The back office behind a contractor's website.
Nessara Office is the private system we built for Nessara Construction. It receives estimate requests from the public website, tracks each job from lead to invoice, schedules subcontractors, stores documents, and sends follow-up emails when an estimate goes quiet. The screens below are a read-only copy with fictional sample data, so you can see how it works without a login.
Ten screens, in the order the owner uses them.
Each screen opens as a plain page. Buttons and forms are shown but disabled, and the navigation inside the Office moves between these same copies. On a phone the four daily destinations sit in a bar at the bottom of the screen.
Today
New leads waiting for a call, estimates that need a follow-up, questions from customers, today's schedule, and overdue invoices, on one screen.
Job board
Every job as a card in its stage, from new lead through estimate, won, scheduled, in progress, and paid. A job moves to the next stage from its card.
One job, front to back
The customer, the estimate and its follow-up status, photos, documents, subcontractor assignments, tasks, and invoices for a single job.
Jobs list
The same jobs as a searchable list, filtered by stage or lead source, with each job's next action and due date.
Automatic follow-ups
The follow-up schedule for quiet estimates, the send window, and the record of every message the Office has sent on the owner's behalf.
Customers
Contact records with phone, town, how the customer found the company, and every job attached to them.
One customer
A single customer's details, notes, tasks, and job history.
Subcontractors
The companies and tradespeople the owner schedules for jobs. Subcontractors see only the jobs assigned to them and never see pricing.
Calendar
Scheduled work by month and week, with arrival windows, and an option to place each assignment on the owner's Google Calendar.
Documents
Estimates, contracts, photos, and files, each tied to its job and customer, with private downloads.
Names, addresses, amounts, and photos in the walkthrough are fictional. The live Office for Nessara Construction is private and requires a login. A version fitted to your own trade is scoped and priced in writing through Seaside Consulting.
